Please Note: We offer no refund due to an issue by Canada Post or the product being out of stock. If we don’t have the product in stock you ordered, then the system may ship you the closest flavour to your order we have in stock. For more information from Canada Post regarding the delivery of your packages, please click HERE. We encourage you to use all posted information in the KingVapes Shipping Policy as a guideline. We are doing everything we can to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience during this time. If you have any questions, our customer service department will continue to be open Monday - Friday, 10 am – 5:00 pm EST.
In order for us to protect ourselves from any fraudulent disputes, we require customer method of payment last 4 #’s and image of ID.
If you can please provide us this by email, we will process your order on priority.
We don’t offer any refunds, if we don’t receive this information from you, we will credit your card back minus 25% for re stocking and administrative cost we have occurred.

Orders will be shipped once payment cleared 2-3 days or the product is in stock. Canada Post does not pick up or deliver on weekends or statutory holidays. Shipping times may vary depending on location & shipping service. Once your package has left the KingVapes Facility and is with Canada Post, you will be sent tracking information with an estimated date of arrival. We make every attempt to ship the same day on orders placed prior to 3:00 PM EST.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:
The shipping period begins on the day order is dispatched.
“Delivery to destination country” states for entry to the destination COUNTRY, not to the BUYER, because we cannot have any information about delivery time for local postal service as well as customs procedures.
KingVapes.ca cannot be responsible for long delays at customs. Please reach your customs office for delays caused by customs.
Please be aware that your delivery may also be subject to customs duties and taxes, over which we have no control and which MUST be borne by you.
CURBSIDE PICK-UP & HOME DELIVERY:

Additionally, these programs are subject to change without notice and are available only within designated times & delivery zones. As KingVapes is compliant with guidelines relating to the sale & distribution of goods to customers over the age of 19, first-time customers will be required to present a valid photo ID upon delivery. Sometimes, a first-time customer may be required to pick up their package at the closest Canada Post Outlet. This ensures all customers are 19+ and legally allowed to purchase e-cigarette products in Canada. Once the Photo ID has been checked successfully, packages will be sent without this requirement, given the name & address on the account do not change. KingVapes reserves the right to ID-check customers without notice at any time.
If paying by credit card, please ensure the billing address & shipping address is associated with the credit card being used, as our verification system may flag the order for additional authentication. This may result in additional steps and delays. Additionally, if an order is placed by the cardholder, the billing address and shipping address must match the address authorized on the credit card.
Once a package leaves the KingVapes facility and a Canada Post tracking number is provided, the package becomes the responsibility of Canada Post. Delivery errors by Canada Post are entirely beyond the control of KingVapes. For parcels lost or damaged during the delivery process, we advise the following:
Confirm package was not accepted without your knowledge (Family Member, Room Mate, etc.)
Double-check to ensure your package has not exceeded the estimated delivery time provided

Once an investigation has been started, a Canada Post reference number will be provided
Canada Post may reach out to you to discuss the matter via phone or email
Inquiries into missing parcels may take up to 5 business days or more if further investigation is required
Only after an investigation is complete will KingVapes consider a reship or refund
